Special prices for children: Our special prices are meant for as many children, as many adults paying full price are staying in the room!

If the room is shared by an adult and a child, the adult will be charged a single supplement and the child (up to 12 years) will be charged the age appropriate rate.

The hotel reserves the right to apply different child discounts for certain offers.

For children, we provide: bedding and baby equipment upon request (travel cot, changing table, baby bathtub, potty, step stool, toilet seat reducer, baby food).

Recommended to bring: wellness towels, bathrobe (we provide bathrobes for children from 12 years old).

For person in a room alone should be pay the extra charge of single use.

Single rooms cannot be booked during special periods and thematic weekends. If there is one person in the room, the package rate for two persons will be charged.

During normal periods, weekend bookings are available with arrival on Friday and departure on Sunday. For bookings with arrival on Thursday or Saturday, weekend rates apply for both Thursday and Sunday nights.

• Electric Car Charging
  Charging stations for electric cars are available in the parking lot in front of the entrance for hotel guests. The ParkL app must be downloaded to use this service.

• Check-in:
  • Between 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Early arrival: From 10:00 AM for an additional 9,900 HUF / room, depending on availability and prior arrangement.
  • If you arrive earlier but your room is not yet available, you can use our wellness area free of charge from 10:00 AM.
• Check-out:
  • Until 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out: Until 6:00 PM for an additional 9,900 HUF / room, depending on availability and prior arrangement.
• Data Reporting Obligation
  Since September 1, 2021, all hotels, including ours, must comply with a new data reporting obligation in accordance with the amendment to the CLVI Act of 2016.
  Therefore, to use our services, all guests, regardless of age (including children), must present a photo ID at check-in for data recording by our staff.
  Please note that the Digital Citizenship Program (DÁP) is currently not a valid substitute for personal identification.

  We welcome small pets (max. 10 kg) for an additional fee: 5,000 HUF / night / pet.
  Please bring your pet’s food, bedding, feeding, and drinking bowls.
  Our staff can provide further information on availability.
  Pets may only use common areas for access to rooms. They are not allowed in restaurants, bars, the bath and wellness areas, or any indoor and outdoor spa facilities.

• Services Included in Room Rate:
  Accommodation with half board: rich buffet breakfast and dinner, welcome drink (available at Smaragd Café until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival), unlimited use of our bath and sauna complex within opening hours in compliance with regulations, bathrobe, room, and pool towels, access to the fitness room.
• Food Intolerances:
  Our chefs are prepared to accommodate guests with gluten, lactose, milk protein, egg, soy allergies, as well as special dietary preferences (e.g., organic, vegan, paleo, alternative diets). Please notify the hotel in advance of any dietary requirements.
