That every bit of us is permeated by the charm of living nature and that we can be filled with it? Or maybe it's all at once? Whatever the goal, the spring charm of the countryside can be the basis for everything. The attraction of the forests and fields, the colorful view of nature is a good starting point for this, and what can only be the icing on this cake dotted with spring colors, is a hearty wellness rest with a pleasant, even outdoor splash, followed by a hot sauna, and then a few tempting bites with fresh, fresh flavors. We need these moments. If you also think that this is all you need after the long, cold winter days, then head towards the magic kingdom of Zalakaros! Children's Day has been added to MenDan's holiday list this year, so... On May 25, 2024, get ready for a celebration, children's noise, good laughs! In addition to the experiences of MenDan, our red-nosed, prankster clown and Jonthan Nagy take care of the fun of the little ones.

Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to arrival. In the case of cancellation within 7 days, 2 days of accommodation without meals is charged and within 2 days, 1 day of booked services is payable.

Price Guarantee - General Terms and Conditions

Az árgarancia érvényesítésének alapfeltétele, hogy a MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel saját, hivatalos weboldalán érvényes és a szálloda munkatársai által visszaigazolt szobafoglalással kell rendelkezni.

1.
A MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel hivatalos weboldalán keresztül visszaigazolt árnak  és az annál alacsonyabb, ú.n. "összehasonlító árnak" ugyanazon szobatípusra, szobánkénti vendégszámra és foglalási időszakra (érkezési dátum és tartózkodási idő) kell vonatkoznia. Az árakra azonos fizetési feltételeknek, adó és egyéb díjtartalmaknak kell vonatkozniuk, valamint az árban foglalt szolgáltatásoknak, csomagelemeknek meg kell egyezniük!

Az összehasonlító árat a MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel által megküldött elektronikus visszaigazolás kézhezvételét követően legkésőbb 24 órán belül kell - a MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel oldalától független weboldalon - megtalálni, és a szálloda munkatársai részére emailben elküldeni.

Az árgarancia olyan szobatípusra vonatkozik, amely megegyezik a MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel hivatalos weboldalán foglalható szobatípussal. Az összehasonlító weboldalon foglalható szobának és a saját oldalon szereplő és lefoglalt szobának azonos szobatípus besorolással kell rendelkeznie.

4.
Egy adott tartózkodásra vonatkozóan csak egy árgarancia érvényesíthető. Tartózkodás fogalma itt: egyazon vendég vagy vendégek által, megszakítás nélkül eltöltött éjszakák.

5.
A MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel az árgarancia észrevétel kézhezvételét követő 48 órán belül kivizsgálja annak jogosságát és kérése szerint emailben írásos visszajelzést ad annak bírálatát illetően. Az árgaranciára vonatkozó észrevételt legkésőbb 48 órával a szállodába történő bejelentkezés előtt el kell küldeni.

6.
Amennyiben az alacsonyabb ár valósnak, és az alacsonyabb ár iránti igény jogosnak bizonyul, úgy a MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel a weboldalán korábban visszaigazolt foglalás árát az alacsonyabb árra korrigálja, a módosításról visszaigazolást küld.

Az összehasonlító árnak nyilvános, a nagyközönség számára elérhető, és a MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel által ellenőrizhető árnak kell lennie.

8.
Az árgarancia az alábbi ártípusokra nem vonatkozik:

a. A nem nyilvános, nagyközönség számára nem elérhető árak, mint például corporate vagy csoportárak
b. Olyan kedvezményes árak, amelyek csak egy zárt vendégkör részére, előre meghatározott feltételek mellett kerültek meghirdetésre, beleértve a nyugdíjas-, közalkalmazotti-, vagy törzsvendég árakat.
c. Csomagajánlathoz kötődő hosszabbítási éj ára;
d.  Az egészségbiztosítók, egészségpénztárak által támogatott árak;
e. A 30 éjszakát meghaladó tartózkodásra szerződött árak;
f. Aukciós weboldalakon elérhető árak;
g. "Opaque" weboldalakon elérhető árak (ahol a szálláshely/szolgáltató csak a foglalás véglegesítését követően válik a vendég számára láthatóvá);

9.
Az Összehasonlító árnak a vizsgálat ideje alatt is elérhetőnek kell még lennie. A valuta átváltásokból adódó árkülönbségekre az árgarancia nem vonatkozik.

10.
Többéjszakás tartózkodás esetén a teljes szállásköltség kerül összehasonlításra, vagyis a teljes tartózkodási ár függvényében csak egy árgarancia érvényesíthető.

11.
A MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel fenntartja magának a jogot, hogy előzetes értesítés nélkül, bármikor módosítsa vagy megszüntesse az árgaranciát. A folyamatban lévő, illetve már jogosnak megítélt árérvényesítéseket a garancia megszűnése nem érinti.
